If you want to slow down, if you want to find peace, AND if you want to see nature; take a sketchbook and pencil and just observe. Maybe make some notes of what you see. Sketch some shapes or anything that draws you in. As you do this, observe what happens - how your breath and thoughts slow….and how joy creeps in. Both informative and meditative; a sketchbook can be a true haven for us all. It’s not how it looks that matters - it’s how it FEELS.
